All content, dimensional calculators, cradle placement guidelines, winterization procedures, and hoist recommendations published on this Platform are offered solely for general logistical orientation and informational planning purposes.
This Platform does not provide certified marine structural engineering, naval architectural assessments, naval surveying, or formal lifting operations management. You must never execute crane lifts, cradle adjustments, hazardous engine overhauls, or vessel support placement without qualified on-site marine personnel, certified crane operators, and verified manufacturer structural docking plans.
3. User Submissions and Inquiry Information
When submitting information through the contact or storage planning interface, you warrant that all vessel dimensions, beam measurements, weights, and owner contact details provided are accurate to the best of your technical knowledge. - Temporary service interruption, server downtime, or transmission faults.

The Platform may reference independent commercial yards, regional tide gauges, or equipment categories. We do not endorse, guarantee, or inspect individual third-party boat storage yards. Your engagement with any independent yard, crane contractor, or mechanic remains strictly between you and that commercial service provider.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the use of this website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent commercial courts in Oostende, Belgium.
